Welcome!
Read about our game jams and maybe play some of our games?
We're a group of developers who graduated from the University of Lincoln from either Computer Science (BSc) or Games Computing (BSc). During our free time at University, as a group we participated in a variety of game jams which you can view below on our timeline.
You're a TimeX Agent who just crashed in the Stone Age. You need to find enough Chronoium to refuel your ship while avoiding caveman. Oh, and your ship is about to explode.
It's Monday.. You have a migraine.. You need a glass, some water and some painkillers and your coworkers are in the way.
Asteroids are heading straight for your home planet! Without any defences your only hope is to push the asteroids away with thrsuters while your planet is evacuated!
Coffin Dodgers is all about building coffins you meet your daily rent. As each day goes on your clients will have stranger and stranger requests. Don't get anything wrong or you might be fined!
Tasked with defending your city from attackers you must coordinate your defenses to protect the city at all costs.
Dr Bishop's Experiment challenges the player to escape a maze by using different power ups and tactics such as revealing walls and teleportation.
Following your escape from prison you and your crew must escape your pursuers while they fire at you, damaging your ship.
The Flying Foot challenges you to construct a joke from a selection of for options. If you build the joke correctly, the audience will clap their feet for you, get it wrong though and they will throw their feet at you.
In Farmer's Rush you must tend to your crops while battling weeds.
We tried to use a new way of dealing with working together on a project instead of using Git.
Child's Whisper is a story based exploration game where the player must piece together clues around the game world.
The University of Lincoln had recently acquired multiple development version Oculus Rifts so we jumped at the chance to build a game for VR.
Shooty Dooty Roo is a zombie survival game with gameplay inspired by Call of Duty: Zombies and art inspired by Minecraft.
Most of the team had commitments during this jam and either couldn't devote a lot of time or couldn't participate at all so we decided to stay simple and look to replicate existing systems as learning exercise.
Untitled, our second game is a typical RTS with a steampunk setting. The player battles AI to capture all control points first.
After our success (not completely failing) at CanJam we decided we'd take on the challenge of creating an RTS in 7 days.
Set in space, Space Race challenges the player to fly through as many gates as they can before they run out of fuel.
This was our first game jam as a group. We threw ourselves into the deep end, needing to learn how to use Unity, Google SketchUp and Blender; all while making a game in 24 hours.
